Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Important Notice: Non-Refundable Service Fees

All fees paid to Kmicro Seva Kendra for CSC services are non-refundable. Once payment is received and the service request is initiated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

1. Service Fee Policy

Kmicro Seva Kendra charges transparent service fees for assistance with CSC services. These fees cover:

  • Professional guidance and document verification
  • Form filling assistance
  • Application submission to government portals
  • Status tracking and follow-up
  • Customer support

All service fees are quoted transparently before service initiation. Customers are required to acknowledge acceptance of fees before proceeding.

2. Government Charges and Processing Fees

In addition to our service fees, customers may be required to pay government charges and processing fees directly to government departments. These charges include:

  • Aadhaar card charges (if applicable)
  • PAN card processing fees
  • Certificate generation fees
  • ITR and GST filing charges
  • Document verification fees
  • Any other government-mandated charges

Government charges are non-refundable as they are paid directly to government departments and are beyond Kmicro Seva Kendra's control.

3. No Refund Policy - Detailed Terms

3.1 Non-Refundable Service Fees

Once you pay the service fee and provide your documents to Kmicro Seva Kendra, no refunds will be issued, regardless of:

  • Change of mind after payment
  • Delay in government department processing
  • Rejection of application by government department
  • Customer-provided incorrect or incomplete information
  • Application processing taking longer than expected
  • Service cancellation request after payment

3.2 Government Charges Are Non-Refundable

All government charges paid to or through Kmicro Seva Kendra are strictly non-refundable. These charges are submitted directly to government departments and cannot be recovered even if:

  • The application is rejected by the government
  • The customer changes their mind
  • The customer provides incorrect information
  • The service cannot be completed for any reason

3.3 Processing Charges Non-Refundable

Any processing charges, convenience fees, or transaction charges paid are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Service Cancellation Before Initiation

If you request to cancel the service before we begin processing (same day or before document submission), you must contact us immediately. However, once any work has commenced, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

4.2 Partial Cancellation

If you have paid for multiple services and wish to cancel some but not others, the fees for cancelled services are non-refundable. You will only be charged for services actually rendered.

4.3 Application Rejection or Failure

If your application is rejected by any government department due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by you
  • Ineligibility according to government criteria
  • Submission of forged or fraudulent documents

No refunds will be issued. Kmicro Seva Kendra is not responsible for government department decisions.

4.4 Resubmission Policy

If an application needs to be resubmitted due to rejection or modification:

  • Additional charges may apply for resubmission
  • Original fees are non-refundable
  • Customers must pay new charges for resubmission

5. Dispute and Complaint Resolution

If you believe there has been an error in our service or billing:

  1. Contact us immediately with details of the issue
  2. Provide supporting documents and proof
  3. We will investigate and respond within 5-7 business days
  4. Our decision regarding refunds will be final

Even in case of service errors, refunds are not guaranteed and will be decided on a case-by-case basis. In justifiable cases, we may provide service credits for future use instead of refunds.

6. Payment Methods and Policies

We accept various payment methods. Regardless of payment method used:

  • All payments are final and non-refundable
  • We do not process refunds back to cards, wallets, or accounts
  • Payment processing charges are non-refundable
  • Bank charges or intermediary fees are customer's responsibility

7. Exceptional Circumstances - ABSOLUTE NO REFUND POLICY

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES UNDER WHICH REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

Even in cases of:

  • Service failure or negligence by Kmicro Seva Kendra
  • Technical failures or system errors
  • Document loss or mishandling
  • Application rejection or denial by government
  • Any government department delays or inactions
  • Force majeure events

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE WHATSOEVER. Once payment is received, fees become the absolute property of Kmicro Seva Kendra and are non-recoverable in any form - not as cash refunds, service credits, discounts, or any other compensation method.

Customers assume all risk associated with service provision and explicitly waive any right to demand refunds or compensation for any reason.

8. Transparency and Communication

To ensure clarity and avoid disputes:

  • All fees are clearly quoted in writing before service initiation
  • Customers must acknowledge acceptance of all fees
  • Invoice/receipt is provided for all payments
  • Service details and timeline are documented
  • Regular updates are provided on application status

9. Compliance with Government Guidelines

This cancellation and refunds policy is framed in compliance with:

  • Common Service Centre (CSC) e-Governance India Limited guidelines
  • Government of India service provider regulations
  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (where applicable)
  • RBI guidelines for financial transactions

10. Changes to Policy

Kmicro Seva Kendra reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes. Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.

Kmicro Seva Kendra operates under Government of India CSC guidelines and regulations. These regulations explicitly prohibit refunds of fees once services are initiated. By engaging our services, you waive any and all rights to claim damages, refunds, or compensation from Kmicro Seva Kendra for any reason, including but not limited to government rejections, delays, application failures, or service non-performance.

You specifically acknowledge that Kmicro Seva Kendra shall have NO LIABILITY for any consequences arising from government department decisions, whether approvals or rejections.

By availing services from Kmicro Seva Kendra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation and Refunds Policy. You accept that all payments are final, absolute, and non-refundable under any circumstance. You waive all rights to claim refunds, compensation, or damages from Kmicro Seva Kendra.
